Many people who frequent in headaches are usually friendly with coffee. Caffeine can indeed become friends as well as opponents. In fact, several kinds of headaches medicines contain caffeine in it. But on the other hand, caffeine can also cause headaches.

A little caffeine can cure headaches, but if too much, it can be trigger. But don't worry about that, the solution is if caffeine is the cause of headaches, reduce intake slowly until just drank no more than two cups a week and increase water intake.

Audrey Halpern, MD as a neurologist from New York City said a little caffeine can indeed help solve the headaches. But if caffeine is consumed too much actually has the opposite effect that trigger headaches. So better for you to make a friendship with caffeine.
