If you are often bothered by headaches, you should not always rely on medication to cope with pain. Because, if too often, your body will become resistant to the drug dose needed more.
Though there are some easy ways to get rid of headaches without necessarily swallow the drug. Besides of course multiply eat fruits and vegetables as a precaution, you also can try some natural ways below as quoted from Shine.com:
a. Siesta
Try to nap for a while just to relieve the pain felt. However, do not get too far too long even fall asleep because it will only aggravate your headache. Try to sleep sing on the sidelines of activities for 15-30 minutes.
b. Breathing Exercises
When headache appears, take a deep breath. Pull and remove the back breathing slowly. This simple action can make the body and head feel more comfortable with the reduced pain.
c. Massage the Head
Massage is a powerful and effective as known cure headaches. Massage your forehead with your finger in a circular motion slowly. Also try gently press your forehead with your fingers.
d. Aromatherapy
Inhaling aromatic oils not only can relieve headaches, but also can improve your mood. Try to breathe scented essential oils of lavender, sandalwood, and vanilla that are useful to get rid of stress.
