1. Ginger Tea

 Ginger may inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins, against migraine. Ginger also helps overcome the nausea that often accompany migraine. Entering the three slices of ginger into the dish of hot tea can help relieve headaches or migraines.
 

2. Rosemary Oil
Apply one or two drops of rosemary essential oil on the forehead. Then, rub gently into some other body parts like stomach, head neck and back. Next, sit quietly for a few minutes of inactivity. In a study of 2010, claimed to contain carvacrol rosemary oil, a substance which acts as the COX-II inhibitors, such as anti-inflammatory drug.
 

3. Chamomile Tea
Rest a moment when the schedule is solid can relieve some tension that causes headaches. Compounds in tea dish helps ease the pain and makes you more relaxed.
 

Enter one chamomile tea bag into a cup of hot water. Cover tightly cup for 10 minutes. Adding a sweetener such as honey would be more enjoyable. Take a moment to drink tea while sitting in a quiet attempt to restore the spirit.  

4. Peppermint and Lavender Oils
Some therapists believe that soaking the feet can be a medicine to relieve headache. The hot water draw blood flow to the legs. This will reduce pressure on blood vessels in the head. By adding a few drops of peppermint or lavender essential oils, aroma can also help reduce pain.

If the intensity of headaches die, you are also taking a number of supplements containing magnesium or vitamin B2. According to one study, those who experience frequent headache problems generally have low magnesium levels in the brain. While the consumption of vitamin B2 per day for three months can reduce migraines by 50 percent.
