Headache is a health problem (diseases) which most often occurs by people. Some people often have headache, while others almost never feel the headache.
Chronic headaches and recurrent headaches can feel very painful and annoying, but rarely reflect a serious health condition. A change in headache pattern or source (example: from rare to frequent, before is light and now is heavy) could be a sign of serious and requires immediate medical action.
Most headache are muscle tension, migraine or headache without obvious cause. A lot of headaches associated with abnormalities in the eyes, nose, throat, teeth and ears. High blood pressure can cause a pulsating feeling in the head, but high blood pressure rarely causes chronic headaches.
Many people usually talk to the doctor who can determine the cause of headache patients medical history and physical examination. Sometimes take blood tests to determine the causes of headache. A lumbar puncture (taking a small amount of fluid from the spinal column to be examined under a microscope) is done if the suspected cause is an infection (example: meningitis).
Only a small proportion of headache caused by brain tumor, brain injury or loss of oxygen to the brain. If suspected a tumor, stroke or other brain disorders, then performed a CT scan or MRI.
