Headache is pain arising from nerve stimulation primarily central nervous system (brain). The brain is the organ most sensitive if there is a lack of oxygen and food intake so that most easily by removing the symptoms complained of headaches. 

Headaches are mostly due to delays in supply of nutrients. Such as fatigue, reduced stamina, late meal, the pressure on the head that is too strong, and others. Dizziness can also be influenced by the environment that is uncomfortable and we are not accustomed to, such as: air that is too hot, air-conditioned room, or a cold mountain top. Headaches are also a symptom of various diseases.
 

If the effect of physical condition is not found, then chances are experiencing psychological stress, such as when the death of relatives, living exams, family problems, and so forth. Humans have long been familiar with this disease, not to mention the Prophet. Abu Nu'aim in his book, Ath-Tibb an-Nabawi, the Prophet declared that the migraine attack and making him unable to get out of the house for one or two days in a row. Also, Abu Nu'aim narrated from Ibn 'Abbas who said, "Once the Prophet delivered the sermon while a piece of cloth tied around his head."
 

In Sahih Al-Bukhari narrated that the Messenger of Allah said, while suffering from the disease before his death, "What a sore head?" He used to tie a piece of cloth on his head. Headaches are believed to be the protective mechanism of the human to avoid brain damage due to stress functional (mainly psychological stress) or a manifestation of infectious pathogens, especially viruses and bacteria.
 

Action Handling
 

1. Warm bath or by flushing the body with a shower. This will loosen stiff muscles.

2. Rest, lying in a dark room / quiet. Avoid bright light or flame of dazzling lights.


3. Drink water or natural fruit juice, especially tomato juice.


4. Reduce consumption of caffeine such as tea and coffee which can lead to headaches.


5. Massage the face, head, neck, shoulders and your back muscles for more relaxed.


6. Press the two pressure points on the back of the neck, a distance of about two inches, is located just below the skull, one to two minutes. This action can release endorphins which can help relieve pain.


7. Bend your head slowly to the right or left to stretch the neck muscles. Massage and relax your muscles are tense.


8. Avoid sources of stress.


9. Avoid exercise during a headache if the sport's increasing pain in the head and neck.


10. Compressed back of forehead and neck or in part that feels pain with warm cloth. Warmth will spread and help to relax the tension.


11. Perform massage in the palm of your hand, especially in the central part between the index finger and thumb.


12. Sometimes a headache is an indication of dehydration (lack of body fluids). For that, try to always drink plenty of water, at least eight glasses a day. Drinking warm water can also help reduce the pain of attack.


13. Change the way of sitting during work or while sitting at the computer. Back position which is too low can cause pain in other parts such as neck and shoulder muscles are strained and possible headaches.
 

Herbal Medicine
 
Black Seed 

Mix the powder Habatussauda 'with cloves, could also be in the form of oil. Drink 1 teaspoon plus milk. If possible sequence that feels sick with Black Seed oil.

Ginger 

Boil 10 grams (1 thumb), ginger and 30 grams of sunflower center with 600 ml until the remaining half. Strain and drink after a meal. Or if having trouble finding a sunflower, enough with ginger alone.

Garlic 

Rub garlic on a place that feels pain.
