Although most types of headaches are mild and severely limits the activities, there are also types of headache is a symptom of something serious and require immediate medical attention.
Lack of understanding and support from family and friends, can help some headache sufferers feel "crazy". Even co-workers sometimes think that the only headache sufferers exaggerate their pain alone.
